ADVANTAGE OF SHORT HAIR.

Dr. Fustigny, one of the most notorious American scientists, gives his compatriots some advice: never walk around bareheaded on moonlit nights.
According to him, "moonburns," more dangerous than sunburns, can cause dementia. This is not, of course, a furious madness, but a sweet melancholy that incites us to prolonged meditation, reverie, "sentimentalism," and "romanticism"! However, it's important to note that "inlunation" only affects walkers with luxuriant hair. It remains harmless to those whose skulls borrow the roundness and shine of ivory marbles.
But who would have suspected that Phoebe reserved her curses for those with long hair, for those who have always been her inspired champions, for poets and dreamers!
