Marseille, June 20 (Petit Parisien dept.) The autopsy of the body of Mrs. Augusto, née Irma Wurt, revealed that, contrary to the claims of Mr. Wurt, the deceased's brother, she was not killed by her husband. She died of an illness. Furthermore, the investigation conducted by Investigating Judge Escoffier established the innocence of Mr. Joseph Augusto, in whose favor a dismissal order was issued. If a complaint is filed against him, Mr. Wurt is liable to prosecution for malicious denunciation.
