THE SHE WHO KILLED HER SISTER

Miss Anna Levassor, the seamstress who, on February 16th at 2 rue de Penthièvre, killed her sister Anais, in the circumstances reported by Le Petit Parisien, was questioned yesterday by Mr. Bertaud, investigating judge, in the presence of her defense attorney.
She was then confronted by Mr. Berton, attorney and owner of the building, who stated that the eviction order had been issued at the request of the tenants on the sixth floor, as Miss Anaïs Levassor was a severe tuberculosis patient. The defendant vehemently protested this statement.
She will be examined mentally by Dr. Rogues de Fursac.
