Copenhagen, March 11. According to a dispatch from Moscow to Extrabladett, Mr. Litvinov would replace Mr. Chicherin at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Chicherin's fall from grace is said to be due to disagreements between him and Mr. Zinoview.
Mr. Krestinsky, a friend of Mr. Trotsky, would be recalled from Berlin.
Mr. Weltmann, leader of the agitation in the East, would go to Beijing and Tokyo, which Mr. Karakhan would like to leave.
Mr. Rikow would go to Italy for health reasons.
