RUSSIA BUYING WHEAT INSTEAD OF SELLING IT

Moscow, March 28. As of March 20, the Soviet Union had purchased 357,000 tons of British and American wheat flour from abroad. (It is important to remember that before the Revolution and Bolshevism, Russia was one of the world's largest wheat exporters.)
