"Kissing is forbidden"
in the cinema BUDAPEST, April 11. The Hungarian Minister of the Interior has just issued a decree prohibiting kissing in the cinema during the dark. Posters will be posted in all cinemas, and a police officer stationed in the room will have the right to turn on the light at any time. The measure was taken following a recent incident in Budapest. When the lights were suddenly turned on, an aristocratic lady was seen kissing a man who was not her husband. A duel and a divorce resulted. |
