WOMEN ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WARS
says an American admiral to his female audience PARIS, April 18. Word has come from New York that former Admiral Bradley Allen Fiske of the United States Navy declared, during a lecture he gave to an audience composed almost entirely of women, that although women are for the most part ardent feminists, they are primarily responsible for the wars that have devastated humanity. "It is not the existence of an army or navy that has ever caused a war," he said. "If men fight, it is either to protect women, or to win their love, or to seize the property of another nation."
And the admiral cited the Trojan War as an example. The Trojan War is very old. will think American women, as well as French women, who, like the Romans of ancient times, hold war, the killer of children, in detestation.
