The elderly of the liberal professions will have their retirement home

Under the presidency of Mr. Justin Godart, Minister of Labor, the general assembly followed by a lunch of the members of the Léopold Bellan association took place yesterday. The former president of the municipal council announced the creation, in Champigny (Seine-et-Marne), of a garden city, which will become the retirement home of intellectual workers.
Mr. Justin Godart, in a much applauded speech, praised the works created by Mr. Léopold Bellan and assured him of his firm intention to help him create his new city.
