VICTORY BULLETIN Rennes, February 28. - On the occasion of Shrove Tuesday, the people of Rennes attended the burial of the order of the mayor of Rennes on the parking of automobiles. This took place during a session of the Municipal Council convened for this purpose. The author of the deceased order delivered a funeral oration in which the municipal curses were exhaled at the personalities and newspapers that had expressed protests. And the 36 augurs set about generating new regulations which, let us say, mark a significant progress over the previous ones. Motorists and tourists will now be able to stop in Rennes without risking trouble and the A.C. de l'Ouest will have, once again, proven that it knew how to defend their cause.
