  Obituary. — We learned with regret of the death of Gaston Schepers, who died on January 28, at the age of 67. Belgian by nationality, but settled in Paris for many years, Schepers already sent problems to Feisthamel who preceded us in this position, and his compositions can be found in most of the periodicals offering their readers a column of these amusing and instructive pastimes. A problemist with original discoveries coupled with a very perceptive Oedipus complex, he had been nicknamed by lovers of mind games "the ace of the anagram". We send his family and friends our most sympathetic condolences.
