The list of dethroned sovereigns grows longer every day.

To the Kaiser, to the more or less minuscule princes of the old Germanic Confederation, to the King of Greece, to the Tsar of Bulgaria, to the Sultans of Turkey and Egypt, to so many others, here has come to join an Asian monarch, and not the least.
You will perhaps meet him one day, because he is in Europe, in France itself, where he calls himself M. Henry Pu-Yi. And if you hear someone greeted by this name on your way, which sounds like a nickname, you will be able to say: Here is the former Emperor of China passing by!
