NAPOLEON WAS BORN IN BRITTANY

L'Intransigeant announces that according to Mr. Charles Chassé, Napoleon was born in Brittany, at the castle of Plumelech.
Mr. Chassé, at the risk of being assassinated by the whole of Corsica, suspected Napoleon of having Marbeuf, governor of the island of Corsica, as his real father. But the proof? Alas! the Plumelech registers have been torn up.
