There is no more Russia as of January 1st

FROM HERE, FROM THERE

There is no more Russia.

Since January 1st, correspondence for Russia must no longer bear the name of this unfortunate country.
The word Russia must be replaced by the letters U. R. S. R., the initial letters of the words: Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

On the other hand, the capital of Norway, Christiania, changes its name, as we have announced, to that of Oslo.
