AMERICAN PROJECTS
The study of the work that will be required to carry out the major American projects is actively continuing. The State network, for its part, has been concerned with studying the value of the railway lines that connect the State station to the Homet and is carefully examining the conditions under which transatlantic trains with their large cars and large restaurant cars could be put into circulation on these lines, which have unfortunate curves in certain places. A test run took place on Saturday morning. The train was able to negotiate the curves, but only just, it seems, and it will be necessary on this side to plan some work to which the network will undoubtedly pay the greatest attention
