The Soviets will participate in the Exhibition of Decorative Arts

It was logical that the Soviet government, like Germany, should be invited to participate in the Exhibition of Decorative Arts in 1925 in Paris.
The President of the Council has just received the adhesion of the Soviet Republic, which was transmitted to him by Mr. Rykoff, President of the Council of People's Commissars.
Mr. Rykoff has instructed Mr. Cohan, President of the Academy of Fine Arts in Moscow, to get in touch with the General Commissariat of the Exhibition.
The Commissariat has received the note mentioning the adhesion of the Soviets and it is expected that the Russian delegate, who will be the Commissioner of the Russian Exhibition, will be designated

We still know nothing about what Russia will send us. His exhibition will certainly not lack interest, because the Arts, there, have not been neglected, despite the events and the troubles. Moreover, there exists, in Paris, a small group of Russian artists which is not negligible. All that is hoped, now that the thing is decided, is that the Russians will build their pavilion as soon as possible so as not to be behind the whole.
