The President of the French Republic, Having regard to Article 73 of the Finance Act of 8 April 1910; Having regard to the Decree of 17 September 1914 authorising the use of funds from the endowment of the National Savings Bank, up to a sum of 1,123,000 francs, for the construction of a post office in Saint-Étienne; Having regard to the Decree of 5 December 1914 regulating the conditions of occupation and rental by the postal administration of the building of which the National Savings Bank will be the owner; On the report of the Minister of Commerce and Industry,
Decrees:
Art. 1. The use of a supplementary credit of 1,500,000 francs is authorised to meet the construction costs of the post office in Saint-Étienne in 1924. to be taken from the funds of the endowment of the national savings bank. Art. 2. The maximum levy authorized by Article 1 of the decree of September 17, 1914 is thus increased to the sum of 2,623,000 francs, instead of 1,123,000 francs. Art. 3. The provisions of the decree of December 5, 1914 concerning the calculation and payment of the annual rent to be paid by the postal administration to the national savings bank are applicable to the authorized additional levy. Art. 4. The Minister of Commerce and Industry is responsible for the execution of this decree.
