The Alpine hunters, attached to the nacelle of the "A. T. 19", help with the landing. In the medallion: Lieutenant BONNOT, commander of the airship.

The Navy vedette "A. T. 19". 19", from the Cuers-Pierrefeu aeronautical center, which had already landed on May 30 at the California airfield, has just successfully repeated this experience.
On September 25, at 11:30 in the morning, after having flown above the terrain, it carried out an impeccable landing maneuver, thanks to the collaboration of five teams of firefighters from Nice, commanded by Captain Poullan and Lieutenant Maria, and that of two hundred and eighty men from the 22 B. C. A., placed under the command of Captain Domart. All operations were placed under the high direction of Lieutenant-Colonel Gonzalès, major of the garrison, assisted by Captain Sompeyrac and Lieutenants Cuchietti, Villemart, Blanchet and Brunelli.

The "A. T. 19" was commanded by Lieutenant Bonnot and had on board: Lieutenant Loisel, commanding the "Méditerranée"; Lieutenants Lucas, Braixmeyer, Leroux, Aeply and Tourettes.

The journey was magnificent and without incident. The airship had left at about 9:30 a.m. from the center of Cuers-Pierrefeu, so it was in barely two hours that it covered the one hundred and twenty kilometers of the route.

After a short stopover at the airfield, the commander of the "A. T. 19" decided, because of the strong breeze that was blowing, to return to his base as soon as possible.
The departure operations were carried out without incident. They were led by Lieutenant Loisel, and at 11:41 the classic "Let go of everything" rang out. The last line was then released and the airship rose majestically into the air. It did not take long to gain height, soon quickly moved away over the horizon and was lost in a whitish cloud, greeted with the gaze of many spectators.
