| [,,,] Is it not surprising that, in the organizations qualified to improve traffic, no one has realized that there would be an advantage in diverting onto roads where barely 220 vehicles pass per hour, a traffic that is counted by 3,200 vehicles and sometimes reaches 4,000 at busy times? It must surely be enough to point out these observations for their merit to be recognized. We can see what we will gain from it. We do not see what we can lose. |
