Le Cri de Paris cut out from an issue of L'Officiel last month a decree according to which, "in view of article 34 of the law of December 17, 1814, the law of January 11, 1892, the decree of April 7, 1924..., etc., and on the reports of the President of the Council, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Agriculture, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Commerce and Industry", the President of the Republic decrees that "the export duty of 10% ad valorem is abolished with regard to canned snails". The five signatures follow.
