The "Ponpon" case We have received the following letter from Mr. Jules Lefébure, lawyer at the Paris Court of Appeal, doctor of law, director of the Revue Juridique: Dear Sir, The decision that will be made will not fail to interest the readers of my Revue Juridique and I will ask the clerk to send me a copy. But and especially if the decision were unfavorable to "Ponpon", I would not be sorry to publish the conclusions that his defender was able to develop to combat the draconian order of the mayor. Since you are interested in the case, is it too much to ask your fraternal kindness to send them to me if that is possible for you?... In Post Scriptum follows valuable information on the decision of the Court of Cassation which, in the famous Biarritz case, similar to ours, came, two days after that of the Council of State, to declare null the decree of the mayor of this city.
