Paris experienced its first day of spring yesterday. After the mists and rains of recent weeks, a radiant sun quickly dried the mired roads. It's certainly not quite spring yet. But this sunny day heralded warmer temperatures. Also, motorists, toddlers, walkers, Amazons and horse riders took advantage of this first fine day to take the delicious path to the Bois de Boulogne where, if the trees are not yet budding, the paths, at least, are found under the clear solar rays the captivating and enchanting charm of the beautiful season. The spectacle was identical in all the gardens and squares where, from midday, the little girls were cackling in the sun and where the children were frolicking, happy to play in the open air.
