The official housing services of the French Olympic Committee

Mr. Naudin, Prefect of Police, summoned, on Friday, to his office, the Secretary General of the French Olympic Committee, the Director of Official Housing Services of the French Olympic Committee, the presidents, MM. Michaut and Rougier, the first, president of the Hotel Industry Union, and the second, of the Paris Hoteliers Union, members of the Offices of the two Unions and the president of the Travel Agencies Union.

The purpose of this meeting was to definitively decide on the measures to be taken in agreement with the Prefect of Police, to ensure, with the assistance of the Parisian Hotel Industry, its collaboration with the Olympic Committee of the VIII Olympiad.

Special measures will be taken by the authority to facilitate individuals making available to the French Olympic Committee rooms or apartments that they could reserve or that they have already reserved at the Official Housing Services of the C.O.F., whose offices are , remember, installed at 19, boulevard Haussmann.

In the afternoon, at 2 p.m. 30, the general assembly of the Hotel Industry Union was held at the Palais d'Orsay under the chairmanship of Mr. Michaud. Also present at this meeting were MM. Peycelon, government delegate to the 1924 Games, representatives of the French Olympic Committee and the official Housing Services, Mr. Rougier, who represented the Paris Hoteliers Union. Around 400 hoteliers were present.

It was determined, by mutual agreement, the assistance that the Paris Hotel Industry Union would provide to the Housing Department of the French Olympic Committee.
