The elegant women of London recently attracted attention by an innovation.
It consisted of inscribing on their hat, with wax, a bezel of a ring or a seal, the monogram of their name.

Today, they are launching yet another new fashion: that of painted nails. Using a brush, manicure artists draw in green. black or blue, delicate and tormented arabesques!

This fashion is not very, very pretty, but it seems that it is developing with incredible intensity.
