Municipal Council:
The municipality's share, which will be 80,000 francs, is approved for the Agay school project, the expenditure of which will be 160,000 francs. approximately, and for which financial assistance from the State will be requested.

Authorization is given to the mayor for the award of the development and fencing work at the hospital-hospice, which will amount to 38,000 francs.

The project to build an underground water closet on the Bains terrace is approved. This expense is estimated at 250,000 francs.

MM. Lays, Pierrugues, Meynard and Caïs Louis, the two deputies and two municipal councilors, resigned following the result of the legislative elections.

The annual banquet of the Union of Traders, Industrialists and Liberal Professions, has been postponed to Sunday June 8, the date originally set coinciding with the patronal festival of Fréjus.

Last Sunday, the battleship "Paris", of the 3rd line division, commanded by Captain de Parceval, flying the flag of Rear-Admiral Brisson, arrived in the harbor, coming from Ajaccio; he brought back the Minister of the Navy, Mr. Bokanowski, who went to the maritime aviation center of Saint-Raphaël, from where he left by plane for Toulon, with his chief of staff, Rear-Admiral Durand -Viel.
